If you need to cancel please telephone the direct on +44(0)1792 473856. Please note:You can cancel free of charge up until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

Bedrooms and Ensuite Bathrooms
Fire alarm system uses 80db warning sounders in rooms. We have a member of management available whose responsibility it is to make sure a person with a hearing impairment is warned in the unlikely event of the fire alarm being activated.
We have bathroom facilities (swing taps) for people with a dexterity disability.
You can wheel a wheelchair upto the bathroom entrance, but the bathrooms are all too small to wheel it in and around.
All power showers have thermostats to ensure our guests do not suffer a burn when taking a shower. Please note that our hot water is very hot, please make sure the washbasin is filled with cold water first.
